Seen Pantera in London in Apr (Walpurgis) 2000 and what a disappointment... Phil was wasted... I saw them 2 years prior at OzzFest and Pantera wooped ass!!! Hope all is well with you brother, the metal world needs you!!!

Doubt it. Anselmo and Stephanie Opal got a divorce. It all depends on their friendship, really, which I don't know much about.
And Down's new album is out next year so Phil's probably just focusing on Down for the time being.
More than 5 Southern Isolation songs would be pretty awesome though =P
