Shots Fired, 1 Person Injured At Webbie Concert In East St Louis(Industry News)

Shots range out in an East St. Louis club following a performance by Louisiana rapper, Webbie leaving one security guard injured.

Webbie was in town to performing when a fight broke out inside of Blackman's Plaza early Sunday morning (April 3). Over 40 officers reportedly responded to the call of huge fights taking place in and outside of the club, according to police reports.

The shooting occurred when one security guard attempting to quell the melee struck an unruly patron with his gun, accidentally discharging his weapon, striking another security guard.
