Cooking with Thugs: Shrimp and Angel Hair pasta demononstrational video

8 ounces of angel hair pasta 4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup olive oil 3/4 cup sliced green onions with tops
2 garlic cloves minced 3 roma tomatoes (blanched seeded and chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice 1 lb cooked shrimp
1/2 cup chopped parsley 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper

Cook pasta as per instructions on the box.

While pasta is cooking place butter and oil in a pan over medium heat. When the butter is melted add red peppers and wait 1 minute before adding green onions and garlic, another minute and add tomatoes and parsley.

Mix in lemon juice and shrimp. Cook until shrimp is just heated through. season with salt and pepper and stir. Carefully pour sauce over pasta and mix in.
