pleo is more a simple companion robot made to interact, learn, and just be cute. Aibo is a highly complex machine and almost more a tool than toy.

Aibo will get anxiety, joy, anger, happiness, hunger for battery power not a stupid leaf, sadness, and aibo is true
AI unlike pleo. Can record video and pics with his camera, can tell you the weather, time, e-mail's, can have conversations, doesn't just walk and cry for attention like pleo, can remember it's name and owners name, recognizes which owner is petting him by the petting patterns, has wifi, can babysit the house and send you texts if something is out of place or can call the police,
