Cheat Curls 254lbs/115kilo Baldyholly

Baldyholly enjoying his second passion after music, weight training. Im using some pretty heavy weights here, in a full range of motion, cheat curl style. Some people regard this as improper form, as you are not using strict form, but in reality the idea is to overload the muscles by forcing them to handle heavier weights, bringing into play the stabilisers(legs and back). Its helped me achieve 19 and a half inch arms. The big man himself Schwarzenneger claims this is how he developed his 21 inch guns.

I don't understand the haters, the title said cheat curls, he's cheating a lot, but i don't think you can over cheat at anything... But anyways, before you dislike it look at your deadlift 1RM, now the vid, back to ur Deadlift...

I don't know why people bitch and moan here on Youtube about Someone's form. The title Clearly says "Cheat curls" so please learn how to read first or lift more than the person you're criticizing. Great video!
