Well for a start, following your 'argument' that makes you 'inbred scum' because 'it takes one to know one'. Further more as has already been highlighted by multiple intellectuals, America thrives primarily because it consumes HUGE amounts of non-renewable energy/resources, especially oil. In case you didn't notice, thats running out and when it does there will be a big "?" over the American economy. Oh yeah and China will soon be vying for the title of world super-power.

If you didn't notice, almost EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY USES NON-RENEWABLE RESOURCES. If most countries didn't, then it wouldn't be much of a issue. And if you want to know why America needs so much, is because it wants a GOOD STANDARD OF LIFE FOR ITS CITIZENS. Find me a country as powerful as America which has sustainable devlopment, and I'll concede my point. Until then, don't argue points when what you're saying is total rubbish.
