@ezrs158 If you have an iMac you can upgrade the ram by opening the bottom panel. Watch tutorials here on youtube.

@PaulLeary try retyping it. That could be your issue. Any misspelling will set it off.

@cultofmactv thanks for responding. I noticed the dock disappeared for a moment, as you mentioned it would, but dashboard shows up. Should a try typing again?
