@Vertixscribe Well, one they prolly couldn't get ahold of her, for two, it was probably cheaper to get a different voice actor.

Ok, warning, I'm about to sound extremely rude, yet I will make a compliment.
As a fan of Nanoha long before it got dubbed, I very much enjoy the Japanese seiyuu over whatever so-called talent they picked up off the street for the English dub. That being said, there's always a few diamonds in the rough. Chrono's weapon in this video actually sounded GOOD, despite the fact that in the original it was a male voice for his device. Also, HOW COULD THEY NOT GET DONNA BURKE FOR RAGING HEART?! Geez!!
