It never past test server phase because Flagship Studios shut down, and Hanbitsoft took over, revised & released it in Korea. Hanbitsoft could not release Hellgate into US or EU because of intellectual property issues. In 2010, Hanbitsoft said they now have the rights to release Hellgate into US & EU. ~ Hellgate:Tokyo content update est. 2011
