  • Is Synthetic molecularly diffrent from natural vitamins.I prefer natural.

  • It's technically the same molecule. However, If you get your vitamins for natural sources such as whole foods, you get the other vitamins and minerals that you need for the body to correctly use the nutrient you consumed. As an example, calcium will not absorb unless it taken with something acidic.

  • You CAN actually drink too much water and get water-poisoning, which can be fatal. no kidding. look it up!

    You have to drink a hell of alot though.

  • Water comes from the filtration sink. No need to waste money buying water. Its the stupidest thing ever. Buy Recyclable cups.  Buy Recyclable plates. Buy Recyclable forks and spoons. Napkins come from rice. Paper coming from tree paste is the Fakest thing ever.

    If everybody does this everything will be simple and clean.

  • @Decomposingcomposer The amount of water you have to drink to get hyponatremia is insane. I've drank gallons of water in a day and had not even the slightest effect of it.

    some doctors say that taking vitamins in tablets is unuseful, as the body absorbs vitamins only when they come from the original source, ex vitC is absorbed only when eating an orange (or other foods containing vit C). Do you agrre with this statement?
