@mujuma That's a shame. I played 1 back when it first came out, and it was branded more as a project than a game. I had my doubts about 2, it seemed to me like they were just kicking a dead horse, especially at the beginning when GLaDOS revived and the game just went back to "Chell doing tests while GLaDOS btches at her."

Then you got dropped into the Old Facility, and HOLY SHIT. I love this game now almost as much for the scenery/story as I do for the gameplay.

I got Portal 2 for free, it's a lot better than the first, but I wouldn't call it an amazing game.
