@LazRHD Not really, it just depends on what screen capture program you have. I tried to capture gameplay using Screenflow (Mac only) and got HD-PVR-esque quality.

May I ask what program you used to capture and edit? What bit rate etc, etc.? Thanks.
My Xbox360 is set to *widescreen* 1080i so that I can play in 1080 res on my TV. Slingbox Solo still only captures at 640x480, so my widescreen captures are vertically stretched.
I use "At Large Recorder" to capture 640x480 4:3 vertically stretched widescreen, & use Windows Movie Maker to edit & convert my 640x480 capture to proper widescreen for YouTube.
