@Cuddlez1234 U should investigate before posting such a comment. First at all Vince was skinnier than you can imagine, actually he had some problems to get ripped because of his genetics, the ripped body he has NOW is because a lot of hard work, that's why i like his programms so much, because they are made for ectomorph, mesophorf and endomorph people-specially ectomorph-.
and EVERYBODY can have six pack abs (thanks to vince i've won more than 20 pound of muscle)

no sugar ,no sodium ,no fat,no alchocol, less carb but clean carb like rice,boil potato, high protein ,chicken breast,fish,beef steak "grill" 4-5 days a week gym time .. good sleap no strees thats what all u need for 6 pack...

Simply how to lose weight:
1) Run, Run, and Run more.
2) Eat VEGGIES and LEAN meat and WATER (no alcohol, sweets, garbage, NOTHING)
3) Do moderate weight lifting
4) Did I mention running? Yeah, do that.
5) Don't take supplements or pills or any of that garbage.
