The Cousteau Collection - World Without Sun - Trailer

Jacques Cousteau's second Oscar® winning feature film, released in 1964, documents a brave experiment in which a team of underwater 'oceanauts' spend a month in a purpose-built research station, rooted to the bed of the Red Sea off the coast of Sudan. With scuba divers in metallic silver wetsuits zipping around on underwater scooters, Cousteau's bright yellow submarine shaped like a flying saucer and a host of bizarre underwater creatures, 'World Without Sun' is part revealing nature documentary, part 1960s psychedelic science-fiction. Only this time, the fiction is real.
