1) Why don't they force logging company to plant trees?

2)Take the money from military budgets if you don't have enough. The US defense budget is 600 billion per year! The problem is that the world population grows every year around about 100 Milion people.

You can plant i dont know how many billion trees, it does not help. We must get rid of all wild animals, get rid of all unproductive land in order to feet all the new born in the future. There will be no more room for lions, snakes, birds, fish, rhinos etc.

Another serious side effect of deforestation is the release of dangerous and potentially lethal virus and bacteria that were quite happy living in forests but are now spreading and 'species jumping' due to forests being levelled. It happened with Ebola in Africa and we don't have immunity to that particular nasty. Virologists reckon on many more undiscovered virus and bacteria that could be released by deforestation that would make Ebola look like a common cold in comparison.

I had many fight with tree-cutters here, they think its just their bussyness cutting a tree to make some space for its leaves make some mass. One of theese days I'm gonna start killing.

Congratulation! This is the best site I have seen on the ecological disaster that is unfolding on planet earth under our very noses. The solution is not more protestism: that approach has failed us in the past. What is needed are bold new profitable approaches to build businesses that promote natural forests and the ecosystem services they provide. Some UN police may not hurt.
