An ethical hacker tries to make a point that it isn't too smart to use RFID tags to identify anyone, since the tags can be read from a distance.

Unbelievably annoying video work - yeah, we want to look off the balcony as he's showing you the radio hardware he is using - but very interesting. Would have been cool to see an actual RFID read from that distance.

This is a dumb video of a really intelligent guy, with a serious message. Check the other (shorter) videos to get the gist of what this equipment can do.

who cares if you can read the number on the tag. If you don't have access to the back end database, the number is useless. I can read the license plate on you car too but it doesn't tell me anything. I can track you easier by your cell phone.
