Three 8min AMRAPS with a 3min rest in between. Courtesy of CrossFit Jax. Tougher than it looks!!!

1- 4 hang squat snatch
6 box jumps
2- 4 push jerks
6 chest-bar pullups
3- 4 thrusters
6 burpees
*all with same weight on barbell (95lbs)

  • Omar, what height did you use on the box jumps? I'm gonna do this one on Saturday.
