  • @pumpkinmannen it's a gas forge by the looks of it. it's a gas burner, most likely propane set into some fire brick and kaowool which reflect and hold heat.

  • @firelord3377 when it's hardened 3 times it actually shocks the grain structure to be smaller. and helps with the stability of the knife

  • why u hardning the knive 3 times`?????? each reheating of the blade for the next hardning, makes the stell soft again!!!!! did learned nothing? or did i understand u wrong? but the magnetic trick is only used by hardning process!

  • That hot bar trick also works great for warming up your anvil so it doesn't steal heat from your work..

    I set a hot lawn mower blade on mine a few times while I use my air hammer..
