  • its funny!

  • Yeah, pretty wacky soundtrack. I like the Parodius games though, call it a weak spot. Parody + Gradius = Parodius. Gotta love it when a game company doesn't take itself seriously.

To anyone that actually listens the whole vid, keep an ear open for the Catlevania and Goemon themes remixed Parodius-style. Awesome.

  • I don't actually hear the Castlevania theme can you tell me which part is it? I have this game on NES, SNES, Sega Saturn and the one on PSP XD Too bad the PSP version doesn't have Dracula :( I use mostly the plane though. And why do you get the soundtrack o_O

  • It's the tune that starts at 8:28.

  • That's the Castlevania theme? o_O I thought there was only 2 Castlevania themes in all of Parodius and both of them appeared in Sexy Parodius, Vampire Killer and Poison Mind

  • You can compare with the second song in my Castlevania 3 video (#12), you'll notice the similarities. It is a super-happy remix though, no doubt about that.

  • I can see why this game never made it to the states: it would blow most Americans' minds.

  • hahahahaha the version of miller's "in the mood" is incredible. audio heaven.

  • the third song is just epic . ^^ i love it ! =D

  • wait am i seeing this you fought a womans vagina and legs in this game...instant classic for kids

  • Atention!

The music does not sinth with he video itself!

2:20 is the song from the panda.

  • Yes, and yes.

The tune at 2:20 (the name escapes me right now) goes with one of my favorite bosses in the game, just because she's SO darned funny to even think about.

The Speed Stage that goes with their version of "William Tell Overture" is even more wonderfully nuts, especially the bits when stuff starts falling in from above, with accompanying warning signs. :D

  • So much great music in all these Parodius games. This one has my favorite version of Vic Viper's "Introductory Flight" theme (0:39) and the redo of "In the Mood" that follows it is simply awesome.. In fact, I don't think there's a piece of music in G-Parodius I dislike a bit.

  • I love it immensely. The stage is incredibly fun, too.

  • that's because Kid Dracula is a character in this game, at least in the Super Famicom version

  • Say can you do Sexy parodius next time XD

  • The female Moai is the funniest thing in video games.
