@TrueHealth27 People are soo afraid to cut their hair because they think it won't grow back. (I was one of them) But after getting back to my shoulder length in less than one year, I realize it will always grow back. I also realize that with proper care, I can grow hair beyond lengths I never thought possible.
I feel you about liking short hair better. After all, what's wrong with cycles? I cut my hair to 7 centimeters on April 1st each year. I then let it basically grow out for a year; enjoying whatever length I get. Then I cut it to 7 centimeters again on the subsequent April 1st. If I want long hair, I'll go back to locs. It's not that serious. I had locs to my waist. Thus proving that it WILL indeed grow if I don't manipulate it. Non-locd coiled hair = naturally-designed to be short. Period.
