Come one guys.
1. It's after halftime, their chops are tired.
2. It's a very young line, the average age is probably 16/17.
3. They're playing for the student section, they don't really care about anything, except playing loud, because that's what the students like.
4. They're in a hurry because if they don't get back in time the band director gets mad and more than likely won't let them go back next week.
5. Nowhere did it say, "this is the best line ever". So relax, they aren't the best...

@kashmir323 not all match girp groups suck. look up dartmouth high school. they win drumline events all the time

@atsf9329 we can keep a steady beat but when you drum major at the time is mr storie you don't know what speed he's gopin at so let it go are cadences are old school because of our director so if y'all don't lik it go take it up w/tha man in the power chair

Part 2:
Sidebar to LHS percussion teacher: Ditch the four quads, they just muddy the sound. Have the guts to loosen everybody's drumheads 1-4 turns/lug and let those drums sing. Where's the deep, throaty BD sound, laying down the pulse, for crying out loud?!?
Your snares are tuned higher than piccolo (3") snares; tenors sound like 10-12" jazz tom-toms; and BDs...well, where did they go (hint: lost in the crappy noise).
Have the guts to think outside of the box; your drumline stinx.

We played this school two weeks ago, and they can't keep a steady beat to save their lives.. And when they played Kadence I literally saw angels falling from the sky..
