  • i have a problem including "disk read error occured press ctrl.."

    how can i fix it and will it have data loss? can i recover it?i really need my data there. sorry 4 my english btw. hope you can help. please reply.

  • @whateverwhenever11 I think that's a Windows error. I'm sorry but I can't help very much with it. If you manage to get to login, go to Run > cmd, then type chkdsk.

  • how do u bck up and restore the disk, please could u help as when i click on repair the sign comes up, do u no how to back up the hard drive if its not mounted. please help

  • @leroy0151 try going into disk utility, selecting the hard drive (even though it is "greyed out"), and click mount (at the top), then you should be able to back it up. if not, see a specialist.
