  • Thanks for posting this, but why is it that almost every excerpt you set up has its title wrong? It's very annoying as it hampers the search for these pieces of art!

  • Thanks for spotting that. Title has been changed. Best wishes, LSO

  • Watch the complete concert performance from which this extract was taken. Visit the London Symphony Orchestra's website between 12-15 June to watch free, online. Visit our channel for more information.

  • Is this ever going to be released Commercially?

  • Hi Hillevifan, yes The Creation will be coming out on LSO Live in the next few months. You'll be able to get it direct from the LSO website or download from iTunes and other digi music stores.

  • She needs a music stand, to hold her music sheets. It would help it a lot with the body tension and posture. I am surprised they expected to hold it the whole time!

  • I am usually depressed about all of the celebrity culture surrounding females in the UK possessing little talent. Sally is different. She is understated and has great talent. She is a pleasant looking girl too, which always helps. I am definitely a big fan.

  • is that a Peter Editions Score? how could they trust that edition?

  • One of the best interpretation, I LOVE YOU Sally :-) !

  • @theangelover Why? It's not that heavy. Oratorio solists have been doing it for years. The soloists sit when not singing, anyway. No, she just needs to learn how to hold her music better.

  • This is a wonderful piece. The Creation was essentially Haydn's valedictory, and that of the whole Classical period; Beethoven was still alive and composing, but his work was increasingly Romantic rather than purely Classical.

  • @theangelover Me thinks she holds the music this way to help her support.

  • This lady is in fact, Santuzza. She escaped from Cavalleria Rusticana.

  • Lol. She can sing but looking at her makes me wanna hit someone..

  • I agree. Her voice is a bit too dramatic to sing this aria...

  • I can't help it, she doesn't touch me. For me the Creation should sound more innocent - even if it's not so perfect then...
