Randy Blythe (Lamb Of God) - Alleged manslaughter incident information - Abaton Prague 2010

THIS IS NOT FROM THE FULL CONCERT, ONLY 30 MINUTES OF IT!
I'm not sure if any of these incidents here is the one that lead allegedly to his death! It's just to show how stagedivers were treated that night. I am also not saying Randy is guilty. If he pushed / thorwn / kicked that kid which lead to his death, than he is - accidental killing is still punishable.

1. I do not own this video, I just edited it.
2. I was not at the concert, although I wanted to go.
3. Randy was pretty rough, it's mentioned in many reports from that year (see below and this picture: http://goo.gl/7OZMD)
4. Czech police was trying to get Randy over for questioning, USA police did not cooperate.

What happened:
Some fan was trying to get on the stage 3 times (maybe it's the same we see here) and he was kicked down/shoved from the stage so badly hit hit his head, suffered head trauma and died 2 weeks later. He was 19, reportedly not on drugs or drunk.

Yes, he shoudln't go up on stage, but that's not a reason to incidentally kill him. Although in Czech republic it's not uncommon to stage dive or party a bit with the rockstars on stage...

"Randy behaved exactly as I expected from him. Fucker, who doesn't give a shit. This has been confirmed whan he gave a few fans pretty hard time. He was very upset when someone decided to visit the podium. The first one got hit quite a lot from Randy, then he jumped on top him and held him down while he continued singing. When he was standing up, he choked him a little bit for him to remember. When the fan got up Randy grabed him by the hair and threw down quite quickly. i still dont see how randy blythe could be charged with manslaughter in the first video the man jumped by himself in the second blyth used on hand to get him off the stage (where he should not have been to begin with) and the third clip appears to be the same man as the first tryig to get back on stage and running into a bass which was no where near blythe

Because on these shots it is not the guy who died. This one was giving testimony in February alive and well.

Fist time: he jumped off himself.

Second time: Randy AND the security guard pushed him off stage.

Third time: the security guard pulled him down as he was climbing on stage and threw him over the railing. Randy didn't even touch him! if anything the security guard should be the one in jail not Randy. Its still bullshit though. the security guard was just doing his job to protect the band. no one is allowed to be jumping up on stage like that.

This is complete bullshit for LOG or Randy Blythe to be held responsible. They warn you at shows what not to do before the show, they post signs, and have a bouncer. This kid is clearly on something, he's falling under his own weight and not bracing himself when he's removed from the stage. It's tragic that he died but he took it upon himself to get on stage time knowing the consequences. If you're a metal fan, you know if you get on that stage, you will be thrown off. Plain and simple.

I was at a slipknot concert crowd surfing when security went to catch me he fell and I ended up on stage the clown came over and hit me but i did not get mad cause they are just protecting them selves and i got off the stage as quickly as i could and the security guard that fell came up to me and asked if i was ok i was fine hell if i was the i would of done the same thing they have the right to protect themselves cause in this world you never know
