  • love this idea drivers over at Armour in Burnside leave chassis with a loaded sea can to low to the ground and where my truck has bigger profile tires in rear I can never get under without lowering the suspension or getting them to lift it

  • thankx for showing this, hopefully this never happens to any driver, its probably scary as shyte. most companys will fire you point blank for this as it can get many people killed or severely hurt. one should check the pin visually every time you start a run , park somewhere and leave the vehicle.etc.. one can never be too vigilant with the pin. if in doubt use a flashlight and check it whenever you have doubt before you tug test and move the vehicle even an inch. can never be too safe.

  • i don't drop trailers

  • smart well done

  • a set of 4x4 blocks tapered to act as dovetails could have done the job much faster. just saying that because my rig has walking beams and not an air ride system. works better on air ride systems too.

  • @jgmagoo1 I didn't mean to offend any trucker. Just the simple and plain missing knowledge, that's all. Thought I fully understand the reason why he is dooing this and I will put this in practice when the time comes. I am fully aware that this can and will happen to any trucker at some point in their life. Keep on trucking.

  • @brossmart You will learn quite quickly why he is doing this once you manually crank the landing gear on a fully loaded trailer.

    LOL....;o)

  • Also handy when the guy who dropped it had lo-pro 22's and you've got hi-pro 24's!

A real bitch however if you don't have an air suspension and a dump valve!

    ;o)
