I agree. I'm confused. What's wrong with the train station? I think it's one of the best scenes ever. I think the train station is a bit symbolic of their directions in life. the way they both arrive on separate trains and departing on one indicates their joining together as one. I don't know. That's what it means for me anyway.

ah yeah....the book was very interesting a bit like dickens in some parts about the worker, and a bit like austen in some aprtsyou'll guess which ones i mean)but reading that(in english!)was quite challenging, and i needed some time(can't read that in the bus!lol).just a thing:this train station scene is lovely but..why in the train station?well anyway this serie is great, that's all i can say!

Ye I agree. The series is better than the book, which is strange because it usually is the opposite. The book was fairly good but challenging. The movie added alot more exciting scenes like the scene when he beats up the worker for smoking and of course the adorable train station scene
