thanks for your response my friend, but i have another question if you don't mind. how about the PCB number? in the CPU support list page of this mobo i saw that there are three 955's which are compatible to m3a78-cm. one 955 is for PCB 1.01 and the other 2 are for all PCB numbers. can you please explain this? thanks my friend i apologize for bugging you but i really need your opinion

hey my friend i would like to ask if i have to update my BIOS to make this mobo compatible with a Phenom 2 x4 CPU, i have the same mobo and i am planning to replace my athlon x2 5600+ with a more powerful phenom 2 x4. i am hoping for your reply, thanks my friend
