btw Olaf isn't needed with his shield for the part where you have to slaughter all bad guys. A decent swordfight will leave you with full health at the end of the track :)

Really? This is a pretty common feature/bug of the game -- out of sight, out of mind. "Level 32 Shortcut" exploits precisely this.
