Talk about making me hungry...again. In this video we cook up breakfast in an 8 inch Erie cast iron skillet.
Potatoes and onion kick off the fry up, followed by some scrambled eggs.
Some discussion takes place on the how-to, or at least how I do it.
Cast iron skillets allow for some interesting on and off the direct heat results.
This particular pan has been in the family for several generations, and was just recently brought back to life prior to this video's filming. The cast iron went from rusty and filthy to useable with very little time or effort.
