original by queen, played accoustically by me. and yes the little "solo" thing sucks but...i only get it right about once in every twenty plays so i gave up on it for this video.

What you are playing is the melody of the song. The notes you are playing are the notes Freddie sings. In and of itself there is nothing wrong with that and many musicians construct solos that way, but just knowing where the right notes are doesn't nessesarily make what you are playing sound musical. All beginner guitarists should focus on learning chords and rythym first.

You're getting there. Don't try to learn the whole thing in one go. Break it down into small segments & practice each one until you've nailed it, then move onto the next. This type of playing is hard but you're doing well. Keep going.
