Jingle Bells as sung by Bing Crosby and The Andrew Sisters, this is one of my favorite Christmas songs, and is featured in the movie "A Christmas Story"
I've been looking for this version, thanks for uploading!!! I grew up with this album! :) It brings back lovely memories! :) Merry Christmas, Caterpillarjon! :)
I remember hearing a live version(or the like) version of this somewhere but now I can't find it... I used to love that, it sounded a bit different with their mess-ups and goofing around like you hear Bing saying*near the end* "happy birthday Jesus Christ" or something and one of the Andrews Sisters go "eerp?" and them laughing
i like this. recorded in MONO originally and issued on 78's, then the tapes were issued on a normal 12 inch album. I listened to this a long time as a kid. The original DECCA "Stereo" version sucks, because they made it fake stereo by adding reverberation (no true stereo mix that I know of). for Many years, MCA records issue was in reporduced stereo with REVERBERATION (sucks), stayed that way for many years, till the original mono master tapes were issued on compact disc years later...

@captainporpoise: Bob Crosby, leader of the jazz band, The Bobcats, was Bing Crosby's younger brother.

I understand how how it is outside. Maybe this should cool things down a bit. I love playing this when it's like 100 degrees out.
