Have to say, if you want your hamstrings to grow, deadlifts is the way to go. I did all the leg curl on machines stuff and it wasn't until I started to stiff-legged-dead-lift that my rear legs came on.

A little off topic tuan but with regard to squatting, do you have any tips when trying to push through the heels so to speak? Should the feet be pivoted or aligned straight in front, or? thanks

Wow man I'm amazed how you get more definition in each vid. Also it's so refreshing to see real well executed and explained workout. I noticed that you gain and loose a lot of weight depending on whether you're starting in bodybuilding or powerlifting competition. Could you shed some light on how you do this without loosing muscle mass?

@Marine475 that is a difficult question because you have to address so many things. also, most people do not understand what type of somato type they are, and without understand that, you will have a difficult time understand what program works best for you. and that is just to start

@roughneckasian hopefully one day you would have a video up with an explanation of what a somato type is, and how we can all figure out what type we are, because this is my first time hearing such a word and my curiosity wants me to learn more of it!
