For endurance, nothing is better than Chia seed. Dara has it right! Remember, the king of chia seed is "Mila"! You should be eating chia like a madman in that 90 degree heat and Xcountry bike ride. How do you think those Aztec warriors went to battle for weeks? Mila baby!

@RomneyPHONY Thats awesome dude, in fact you have prompted me to do the same. I love Dan for his continued commitment to sharing his knowledge. He does need money to survive in this world and to afford things like Internet connections, without which we would never see him. He has an abundance of wealth in the form of Love, I am more than happy to pay him to be my guru.

"There are many places and ways of healing and helping, not everybody needs to go to Africa", Agreed BUT Africa is a place where starvation and death will wake you up to how other human beings have to live and die,then maybe you wont be so worried about yourself and you may feel better!

There are many places and ways of healing and helping, not everybody needs to go to Africa, if it's your thing, great. His Inspirations had better and more positive effects on my body and mind and heart than 20 years of average medical treatment and other life-style experiments.

@jgfergus,Yes I do agree with you on that score.Sadly what you say is so true,the western world is already collapsing in on its on greed.Soon there will be no middle class,only the rich and very poor,But no doubt cockroaches like "Dan the man"will still survive,Ive heard that cockroaches can survive a nuclear attack!. Jon, I won't be giving him any $ either. I have the diet thing pretty well figured out after 25 years of experimentation. But I don't deny those who want to, to do so. The $ Dan is asking for his live chat is peanuts. We should all be much more concerned with the corrupt Wall Street bankers & politicians who stole trillions of dollars in the form of bailouts from hard working Americans. And not a single one has gone to jail. That is what we should be pissed about.

19 dollars is the difference of life and death to some on our planet,to Dan its a hotel room on his trip on his great quality bicycle,which he could well afford to buy himself...sorry again but this makes my blood boil....god bless.
