To perform the Decline dumbell Bench Press you must set your bench to a 30-45 degree decline. Lie on your back on the bench with your feet securely fastened. Hold a pair of dumbbells over your chest, with your arms straight up and your hands facing forward. Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells down to finish level with your chest. Contract your chest muscles and press the dumbbells back up to the start position in an arc.
Breathe out as you press and breathe in as you return to the start position.

declines are a waste of energy for mas gaining, but they are great for sculpting. Know what look, and strength you want out of your chest, then choose you're exercises

@PIcKLez9eh4 If you want a basic layour do 1 day upper, 1 day lower, back day, and a core or cardio day 4 times a week. Do compound movements like bench, or variations of bench like incline/ decline, then do like squats on legs day, and rows and deadlifts for back day. cardio is self explanatory
