Bullshit!! the queen of England is a CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCH which effectively means she does what she is told'(specifically by her privy council members or the 'crown',who represent the bankers),delegation to her ministers means that it is parliament which actually have the power.Her Majesty is serves the purpose of mascot,such a system had evolved since Oliver Cromwell and the Act of Settlement viz King William of Orange.I have not seen where this woman mentions Cromwells banking connections.
