Garage bands believe it's all about the name, so why not shoot for the moon? This is just another version of Nazarene Sect. Same line-up, except for the drummer ("Spinal Tap," anyone?), featuring the amazing Alex Ksanznak on guitar. The rest of us tag along. Alex wrote most of the songs, although John Grimes was starting to flex his own songwriting abilities.
Our signature song, "Braindead," near the end of Part 2, was written by John. Most of us had experienced rejection from The Door Fellowship, a Williamsport pseudo-cultish church. Thus the inspiration for the song. My own song, "Early Warning," is sung by Alex in Part 2.
This video was recorded November 26, 1986, by John Winters, a legendary bootlegger in his own right.
