Here's the "official" video for the 2011 MIPK jam. Bear in mind that I was training for the vast majority of the weekend, so I may have missed some important or cool shots when I wasn't behind the camera.
We had a surprisingly large turnout this year (better than the two previous years), and we had people come from San Francisco to Washington D.C. The weather was beautiful, and I think everybody had a great time. This is a video of my perspective, so you may see a bias towards the Michigan guys. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy the shots. I think everything turned out really well. Also, sorry about the weird artifacts in a few of the shots. For some reason Sony Vegas doesn't play very well with After Effects.
Everything was captured on a Canon t2i with either the kit lens (18-55mm) or a 50mm f/1.8. The slow motion was achieved with Twixtor, and my primary editing programs are Sony Vegas Pro and Adobe After Effects. If you have any questions about my editing or equipment, feel free to send me a personal message.

Not sure about the idiots playing with fire, it kinda detracts from the art of parkour. Other than that, not that bad of a video. Obviously the editor can only work with the footage he has, you could use a few pointers there, but decent editing.
Keep it up.

Thanks for the comment. Generally I gear my jam videos towards those who attended. The fire poi spinning, fire blowing, and watermelon smash were a big part of the after party (and the watermelon is always an important part of any national jam). As for the editing, I'm always open to constructive criticism.

@TheDarknessFallss I believe the message hes trying to get across in this video isnt just the art of parkour but the friendships and good times had through interaction of traceurs at a national jam.
