UCO Stormproof Matches

These are the UCO Stormproof Matches not unlike the REI Matches. Tested in virtually the same manner, we found that they perform in exactly the same fashion. There is little difference in price and quality. However, UCO offers a waterproof case that also comes with 25 matches in both yellow and olive drab.

My apologies, it was not my intention to insinuate that there was a difference in quality between the two matches. There are, however, subtle differences. For example, the phosphorus/sulfur on the UCO match is slightly longer/larger than the REI. Also the color is slightly different.
As far as quality and performance, both REI and UCO matches performed in the same manner. Every test performed proves that the matches are indeed stormproof. Thank you for watching and commenting.
