In the winter here in Alaska it get's cold and everyone's hair drys out. There isn't any humidity because it is frozen when it is 15 below zero Fahrenheit. I make my clients get regular trims and deep conditioning treatments also, I make them all use leave in conditioner. Soft, healthy hair without static cling, because of the weather, is important.
