@Poultron Severed Heads were early pioneers in video synthesizer technology. All of their videos were made by the band with a combo of their own home-made tech, along with stuff like the Amiga and Deluxe Paint, and more. Their videos were considered part of the entire band experience, and were often shown or synthesized live in their performances.
The graphics are still able to keep me hypnotized. Just goes to show it doesn't matter how much tech or money you throw at a clip, if the artistic intent isn't there, it's just so many pixels...
I'm still impressed at the determination involved in using Deluxe Paint. Man, I hated that program. But still, it was the best thing around.
