ok, it sounded like you proposed that the city of Detroit purchase your business idea for use for city revenue. A previous video shows you were requesting funding for research. That was the video where Cockrel mistook your proposal to be for start up funds. Not sure which video came first but it sounds like you're proposing the city purchase a franchise of your business idea and run it as a for profit rather than a none profit like you're doing now.
