No lie, I wouldn't given you shit. How you got any money was ignorance of the law on the drivers part. People need to stop thinking they're invincible and think about the consequences. "I have no time to stop if this driver does something stupid" means 1. Slow down, 2. waiting to see what the car in front of you is going to do takes all of 2 seconds. Just saying. It's the US they drive on the right and cyclist are supposed to stay curb side. The drive is neither indicating or pulled up at the curb. It was the car drivers fault.

Bad luck. cars stop and people get out. that's called reality oh and by the way, isnt it normal to cycle on the car's offside if it's stopped. If it were a bus what would you do then? squeeze between the bus and kerb and then upload a video to Youtube complaining of all the people getting on and off?

@thefarmer01 The cyclist is in the wrong because he's illegally undertaking, he should be passing on the car's left. He's also too close to the door opening area, the car is stationary and anyone could be getting out of the back onto the sidewalk. The cyclist isn't anticipating it at all - it's just crap cycling and if that had been my door he's hit i'd be hitting him with the bill for it.
