I'm from Canada (Toronto). Our sushi rolls are cut up smaller, and smaller in size. Our hand rolls are shaped like cones. We have a lot of sushi places throughout the city!

I haven't seen it that big in the US. they always cut up the sushi rolls. I can eat tons of sushi too. sushi is sour rice with whatever topping or ingredients you put with it, so your beef sushi is real as well. you can make whatever kind of sushi you want. my mom used to make ham, egg and crab sushi. it was really good.
