im gonna rip out the RC and use Wifi to control it..use cheap and small wifi router,put an arduino board and install a ip camera..do some coding for controlling program and wala...you transform it into UGV..control it via PSP or Laptop...now,thats an interesting project..

The higher the gear ratio, the quicker off the line but lower top end. The lower the gear ratio , slow off the line but more top end. You want to go fast get the XO1.
