Luke has given up before he begun by doubting his own abilities and not entrusting himself into the force and the guidance of his master.

  • If anyone else mentions the fucking prequels in an attempt to discredit Yoda's sagacious advice... I will not be held responsible for the ensuing flamewar, and may join in as well to diss your punk-ass for not showing due respect to the original trilogy.

  • Luke reminds me of a whiny teenager most of the time. Just saying.

  • @Mynameisnumber5 He pretty much IS a whiny teenager. I'm sure his aunt and uncle spoiled the crap out of him considering they knew his dad was dark lord of the empire and his mom was dead. (or maybe they beat the crap out of him every time the empire raised taxes or increased stormtrooper patrols BECAUSE his dad was dark lord of the empire).

  • i forgot how much my dad smokes..

  • Always use this quote in doing something

  • i noticed it skips the 24 second...

  • Fk the CGI Yoda, Puppet Yoda is and will always be the best!

  • Yoda is a sith?!

"Only a sith deals in absolutes." - Obi Wan

  • @Spectic When you try, you're implying you may fail. Yoda has a problem with that.

  • Dumbledore says this in Harry Potter. This leads me to believe that Dumbledore and Yoda are the same person..thing.

  • Please don't flame me for this, but I always thought this was the stupidest piece of "wisdom" ever. Trying is attempting/intending to do something, regardless of the eventual do/do not/partially do.

  • @Mynameisnumber5

At least his whining was more tolerable to a certain extent, compared to Anakin's. Luke's was more understandable in a sense.
