Ohio Statewide Tornado Drill - Dublin, Ohio

This is a Whelen WPS-2750 I filmed today sounding for the annual statewide tornado drill here in Ohio. This particular siren is located at Avery Park in Dublin and is sounding the wail signal which is what Dublin uses for tornado warnings.

I apologize for the mess at the beginning. Once again, I was running late and I had just gotten my tripod set up when the siren started sounding. I didn't have any time to adjust it and didn't want to prolong the moving around so I just left the camera tilted.You may have to tilt your head about 5 degrees to the left to completely enjoy this video. I also couldn't find my good tripod so I was stuck using this wonderful travel tripod which is about to travel to the trashcan.

No idea if there's sounded. I tried looking it up but didn't see anything, and I'm not close enough to have heard on the news either.

Excellent video of that 2750! Does this siren have the updated controls?

Yup, apparently they all do. The control boxes themselves are original, but you can tel by the sound it's been updated. This particular siren had the controls painted brown which is the first time I've seen on Dublin's sirens.
