  • i think something important he left out in the horizontal chin ups is to pull not only down but OUT on the chairs. you wouldnt want the chairs collapsing or falling on top of you

  • the horizontal pullups are called inverted rows............

  • just eat a balanced diet dude. Eat alot. fish, beef, eggs, rice, beans, green veggies ect.
