Did Stephen Baldwin actually just admit at 2:05 that his position is "faith based"? So he confesses, before even making any points, that there is absolutely no evidence to support his stance. Talk about losing an argument before it's begun.

The only legitimate ways you can say that marijuna is a "gate way drug" is the fact when people try it, they realize the government has been lying to them, and presume they are for the rest. Plus this fact a few dealers will have weed and other drugs... but happens to be out of weed at the moment,,, "here try this instead".
Our ninth amendment demands they all be as legal as liquiors. The keyword "intoxicant", plug it into the ninth amendment as the enumerated certain right.
