This fountain runs intermittently near an underground entrance to the Westin Miyako. Not everyone notices it, though.

Making the actual device isn't all that hard for a professional. It's getting the images in that I would see as a difficulty. Then again, get one person to write a good converter...

very simple... Just a software, Solenoid valves and microcontroller and all this is doable... I am working on the same and reached very near to the conclusion..
Just search "Khalid graphical fountain" on googleand you will find cnczone and Arduino forum where i have posted my work.
