He's hard to beat, but he should be since he's the last boss in the game.
Tip: Shoot the helpers first, they leave mines. Drop these mines in front of the tank while avoiding him, and you can beat him.

We're still hard at work on Scrap Metal, and no release date or release platform has been announced yet. Rest assured though, it's coming!
